Landslide Area Ahead

I was traveling lately and I saw another interesting road sign.

“possible landslides the next 24 miles.” I know what that means, but I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do about it. Do I put the car in landslide mode and then it turns into the giant drill car from the ninja turtles*. Maybe it’s so I can call my loved ones and tell them goodbye… or possibly goodbye. Do I call them 24 miles later and say “about you having my stereo…” So I figured I would call my loved ones, until I realized I don’t have any, so…

*By the way. That joke is such a Two Percenter – Even the internet barely got it. It took me about 10 minutes of googling variations of “shredder drill car” before I discovered even a slightly decent picture of the thing. Apparently it’s called the mutant module? *shrug* Whatever. TMNT jokes. Probably guaranteed success. I think I’ll stick with dick jokes for now. Most people know what those are.

Also: Just proof that many comedians start out with lots of time spent on the road thinking of stupid jokes. Sometimes they turn into good ones too. Here’s a classic bit off one of the greatest comedy albums ever: “Brian Regan Live” that sort of takes a similar look at funny road signs and wonder what they mean.
